Leadership

Brett Mellul

Youth Director

Brett is a proud first generation American. Both his parents are immigrants from Morocco and he is very proud of his rich and diverse roots as they relate directly to his Jewish and American identities. He is from Cherry Hill, New Jersey and is a Senior Kohelet Yeshiva High School. He has worked on various research projects and has been published in Harvard’s Dataverse. When he is not in school, playing tennis, volunteering, lobbying on capitol hill– through the Senator Ben Cardin Jewish Scholars Program– on behalf of pro-Israel and Jewish legislation, or working with the Sri Lankan delegation, he enjoys spending time with his family, biking, running outside and appreciating nature, listening to music, practicing magic tricks, and participating in Model UN and Mock Trial. He is particularly interested in social justice. His main focuses are fighting for racial equality and combatting Anti-Semitism.
